In a perfect world, our speech schedules would consist of groups of kids all working on the exact same goals…I wish! In reality, it is very likely that most of your caseload consists of mixed groups of students. As SLPs, we are expected to make mixed groups work and be able to address multiple goals with multiple students in one therapy session! How is this possible? These are my favorite speech and language activities for mixed groups!
Open Ended Games
Well, I have found that using open ended games is the easiest way for all of my students to work on their individual goals, while also playing the same game.
That’s why I created monthly, themed sets of open ended games to make it easier for SLPs to address multiple goals during mixed group sessions.
What’s Included In Each Set?
